Meditate to De-Stress

Are you making the time to Meditate?

All the cool kids are doing it! It’s not just ageless saints and yogis meditating, it’s also young entrepreneurs, scientists, musicians and athletes.

Research shows that chronic stress is cumulative. Stress has been proven to accelerate the aging process and decrease vitality.

One of the first researchers on meditation, Dr. Alan Wallace, found that subjects with an average chronological age of 50 years, who had been practicing meditation for over 5 years, had a biological age 12 years younger than their chronological age. That means a 55-year-old who meditates has the physiology of a 43-year-old.
